1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• "PlatformClouds" means the PlatformClouds brand and website operated by Alpha & Omega Limited.
• "Alpha & Omega Limited" means the New Zealand company that owns and operates PlatformClouds and all related products.
• "Website" means platformclouds.com and all associated pages, content, and assets.
• "Products" means all software engines, applications, blueprint packages, documentation, and licensed materials, including: Omega Engine Suite, KJV Bible Search Suite, Refined Church platform, and all architectural & structural engineering packages.
• "Licenses" means all usage rights granted for digital products, including Digital Edition, Commercial License, and Enterprise License tiers.
• "You" / "User" means any individual or organization accessing the Website or using any Product.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to:

• Use of the PlatformClouds Website and all public content.
• Purchase, download, installation, and use of all PlatformClouds Products.
• All license tiers for digital products, including Digital, Commercial, and Enterprise licenses.
• All architectural & structural engineering blueprint packages and technical documentation.
• All support interactions, including email support and documentation access.

3. Website Use & Acceptable Conduct

By using the Website, you agree to:

• Use the Website only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to breach, bypass, or interfere with security, hosting, or infrastructure.
• Not scrape, mass‑download, or mirror the Website without prior written consent.
• Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting support or purchasing products.

• KJV Bible Search Suite — Website Version, Android App, WordPress Plugin, and Universal Version Engine.
• Refined Church Platform — Ministry and church‑focused systems and tools.
• Architectural & Structural Engineering Packages — Including the Stainless‑Steel Skyscraper Blueprint Package, inverted reinforced‑concrete dome foundation systems, and next‑generation isolation pocket shock absorber arrays.

Each Product is licensed, not sold. You receive usage rights under the specific license tier purchased (e.g., Digital Edition, Commercial License, Enterprise License), subject to these Terms and any product‑specific license statements displayed on the Website or within documentation.

5. License Grant & Usage Rights

Subject to full payment and compliance with these Terms, Alpha & Omega Limited grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the purchased Product in accordance with the applicable license tier:

• Digital Edition — Licensed for internal use by a single organization or individual, including research, concept development, and non‑commercial internal projects.
• Commercial License — Grants rights to use Product materials in commercial media, including films, books, worldbuilding, concept art, and commercial research, subject to attribution and any stated usage guidelines.
• Enterprise License — Grants extended rights for engineering firms, architectural studios, megaproject developers, and research institutions, including broader internal distribution and project‑level integration, subject to any additional written agreements.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, licenses do not grant ownership of intellectual property, and do not permit resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of raw Product files to third parties.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Product files, documentation, or blueprint materials as standalone assets.
• Claim authorship or ownership of PlatformClouds Products or engineering systems.
• Use Products for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Remove, obscure, or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or attribution statements.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from compiled software where not permitted by law.
• Use architectural & structural engineering packages as construction‑ready designs without professional engineering validation.

7. Architectural & Structural Engineering Packages

PlatformClouds provides conceptual and technically grounded architectural & structural engineering packages, including but not limited to:

• Stainless‑Steel Skyscraper Blueprint Package.
• Inverted reinforced‑concrete dome foundation systems.
• Next‑generation isolation pocket shock absorber arrays.
• Tubular stainless‑steel frame systems and routing frameworks.

All such packages are provided as conceptual and technically feasible engineering systems, not as final construction‑ready designs. Final structural bracing, stiffness optimization, member sizing, seismic detailing, soil‑structure interaction analysis, and code compliance must be completed, verified, and signed off by a qualified structural and geotechnical engineer in accordance with all applicable local building codes and regulations.

Alpha & Omega Limited and PlatformClouds accept no liability for any construction, implementation, or physical deployment based on these conceptual packages without full professional engineering validation.

8. Payment, Pricing & Taxes

All Product purchases are processed through secure payment providers (including Stripe Payment Links) as displayed on the Website. By completing a purchase, you agree:

• To provide accurate billing information.
• That prices are listed in the stated currency (e.g., USD) and may change without prior notice.
• That you are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or regulatory fees in your jurisdiction.
• That all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in a specific refund policy for a given Product.

9. Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to digital Product files via secure download links, email delivery, or account‑based access mechanisms as described on the Website.

• It is your responsibility to securely store downloaded files and backup important materials.
• PlatformClouds may, at its discretion, assist with re‑delivery in case of access issues, subject to verification.
• Download links may be time‑limited or access‑controlled to prevent abuse.

10. Support & Documentation

PlatformClouds provides support via email and documentation for all Products, including software engines, Bible systems, and architectural & engineering packages.

• Support is provided on a best‑effort basis, typically within 24–48 hours (Monday–Saturday).
• Support covers installation guidance, configuration questions, license clarification, and documentation assistance.
• Support does not include custom development, bespoke engineering design, or guaranteed outcomes.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, documentation, blueprint materials, diagrams, images, and technical narratives provided by PlatformClouds and Alpha & Omega Limited are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You receive a license to use Products; you do not acquire ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
• All trademarks, logos, and brand names (including PlatformClouds, Omega Engine Suite, KJV Bible Search, Refined Church, and related marks) remain the property of Alpha & Omega Limited.
• Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of Product materials is strictly prohibited.

12. Warranties & Disclaimers

All Products and Website content are provided on an "as‑is" and "as‑available" basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.

• PlatformClouds does not guarantee that Products will be error‑free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all environments.
• Engineering packages are conceptual and technically grounded, but not guaranteed to meet any specific regulatory, seismic, or site‑specific requirements without professional validation.
• You are solely responsible for verifying suitability, safety, and compliance for any real‑world deployment.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha & Omega Limited, PlatformClouds, and their directors, officers, and engineers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Loss of data, files, or digital assets.
• Construction defects, structural failures, or physical damage arising from unvalidated use of conceptual engineering packages.
• Any claims arising from misuse, misconfiguration, or unauthorized modification of Products.

In all cases, the total aggregate liability of Alpha & Omega Limited for any claim related to a specific Product shall be limited to the amount you paid for that Product.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alpha & Omega Limited, PlatformClouds, and their officers, directors, and engineers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Website or Products.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use of conceptual engineering packages without proper professional validation.
• Any content or actions performed using PlatformClouds Products in your own projects or deployments.

15. Privacy

PlatformClouds products are engineered with a zero‑telemetry philosophy. However, standard website hosting, payment processing, and email communication may involve limited data processing by third‑party providers. For detailed information on data handling, please refer to the applicable privacy statement of Alpha & Omega Limited and relevant service providers.

16. Changes to Products & Terms

PlatformClouds may update Products, documentation, pricing, and these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Website or Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
