Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all PlatformClouds products, including the Omega Engine Suite, KJV Bible Search Suite, Refined Church platform, and all architectural & structural engineering blueprint packages such as the Stainless‑Steel Skyscraper Blueprint Package. Because all PlatformClouds products are delivered digitally and become accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are limited and granted only under specific conditions outlined below.
1. Digital Product Nature
All PlatformClouds products are digital and are delivered instantly upon successful payment. This includes:
- Software engines (Performance, SEO, Image, Security, Web Metrics)
- KJV Bible Search Suite (Website Version, Android App, WordPress Plugin, Universal Version)
- Refined Church platform tools
- Architectural & structural engineering blueprint packages
- Digital Edition, Commercial License, and Enterprise License materials
Once delivered, digital products cannot be “returned,” revoked, or disabled, and therefore are not eligible for standard refunds.
2. All Sales Are Final
Due to the instant‑delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided for:
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind
- Purchases made without reading product descriptions
- Incompatibility with third‑party plugins, themes, hosting environments, or server configurations
- Incorrect expectations about features or capabilities
- Misunderstanding of license tiers (Digital, Commercial, Enterprise)
- Misuse or misconfiguration of software engines
- Misinterpretation of architectural & engineering blueprint packages
PlatformClouds provides extensive documentation, product descriptions, and support to ensure customers understand what they are purchasing before completing checkout.
3. Technical Support & Issue Resolution
If you experience installation issues, configuration problems, or technical difficulties, PlatformClouds provides direct support via email. Most issues can be resolved quickly with proper guidance.

Support does not include custom development, bespoke engineering design, or guaranteed compatibility with all third‑party systems.
4. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once using the same email address, contact us within 7 days. Duplicate purchases may be refunded at our discretion after verification.
5. Blueprint Packages & Engineering Materials
Architectural & structural engineering packages — including stainless‑steel skyscraper blueprints, inverted dome foundations, and isolation pocket shock absorber systems — are delivered digitally and are non‑refundable.
These packages are conceptual and technically grounded engineering systems. They are not construction‑ready designs and must be validated by licensed structural engineers before any real‑world use.
Refunds are not provided for misunderstanding the conceptual nature of these packages.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback for a valid digital purchase is considered misuse of the payment system. If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first:
- All licenses associated with the purchase may be revoked
- Access to future purchases may be denied
- Legal or administrative action may be taken to recover losses
